Since 2003, Wind of the Spirit has maintained a partnership with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) to educate workers on identifying hazards and preventing accidents.

For more than two decades, we have dedicated over 35,000 hours to occupational health and safety training, using a popular education methodology that makes knowledge accessible to everyone.

Every day, 13 workers lose their lives in their workplaces, and most of them are immigrant workers.

That is why our work focuses on protecting the lives, dignity, and rights of those who face the most difficult working conditions.
